The free version or Starter version is the entry level account that we offer to let anyone experience the magic behind Apiary. In the Starter account a user like yourself can download the chrome extension, sign in, and annotate up to 25 different emails and share them with as many people as they like.

The Professional account is the full access account that allows you to annotate and share unlimited emails. We will also offer Professional accounts early access to new features in the future.

The teams account is built with businesses and startups in mind. Teams users will have all the features of Premium users plus be able to annotate on the same email, see what their teammates are annotating (If not saved in Private mode), Get valuable data and insights, and early access to some amazing teams features we have in the pipeline.

We get this a lot with the name and all. But unfortunately no we do not sell any honey... yet. I mean I am a big fan of honey. Who doesn't love a little honey in their tea, on top of their toast, or maybe drizzled over some cheerios. So maybe we will sell some in the future!

YES! Apiary keeps all of your annotations private unless otherwise changed by you. Meaning the default is private but if you chose to share an annotated email with someone then it is no longer private. We also offer the ability to make your annotations public in a team account which allows your teammates to see your annotated emails without having to share it with them. But rest a sure that your annotations are private and secure with Apiary.
